USDA Proposes Minimum Professional Standards for School Nutrition Personnel

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has proposed a rule to establish minimum professional standards for school nutrition personnel managing the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs, in response to amendments made by the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.
