U.S. Department of Energy Releases Preliminary Assessment and Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Hydrogen Energy California's Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Project

The U.S. Department of Energy has made available the preliminary staff assessment and draft environmental impact statement for the Hydrogen Energy California's Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Project, a proposed energy project that would be designed, constructed, and operated by Hydrogen Energy California, LLC, and is being reviewed by the public for its potential environmental impacts.
