FERC Proposes Approval of WECC Regional Reliability Standard BAL-002-WECC-2 for Contingency Reserve

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is proposing to approve the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) regional Reliability Standard BAL-002-WECC-2, which outlines the requirements for contingency reserve in the WECC Region to ensure reliability under normal and abnormal conditions.
