Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC Seeks 20-Year Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries

Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy for long-term authorization to export liquefied natural gas (LNG) to countries without a free trade agreement (FTA) requiring national treatment for natural gas and LNG trade, in addition to countries with an existing FTA.
