The U.S. Department of Energy has changed the location of a public meeting for the Northern Pass Transmission Line Project Environmental Impact Statement due to concerns about venue capacity, and will now hold the meeting at Colebrook Elementary School in Colebrook, NH, from 5-8 p.m.
