U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Revised Dehumidifier Test Procedure Compliance Date

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to revise the compliance date for the dehumidifier test procedures established under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), requiring manufacturers to test using only the active mode provisions in the test procedure to determine compliance with existing energy conservation standards.
