U.S. Department of Energy Issues Proposed Rulemaking for Energy Conservation of Consumer Products and Industrial Equipment

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has proposed new test procedures for showerheads, faucets, water closets, urinals, and commercial prerinse spray valves to improve energy conservation in consumer products and industrial equipment, with the goal of reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
