Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Approves Regional Reliability Standard for Contingency Reserve
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has approved the regional Reliability Standard BAL-002-WECC-2, which sets requirements for balancing authorities and reserve sharing groups in the WECC Region to ensure reliability under normal and abnormal conditions.
