Boundary Expansion of Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is reopening the public comment period for a proposed rule to revise the boundary of the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, which was initially published on June 14, 2013, and is set to close on October 18, 2013.
