NMFS to Publish Proposed Rule for Draft Amendment 7 to 2006 HMS Fishery Management Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) will publish a proposed rule for Draft Amendment 7 to the 2006 Consolidated Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan, which aims to control bluefin incidental catch, enhance reporting, and ensure U.S. compliance with the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) quota.
