Pacific Fishery Management Council; Notice of Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Pacific Fishery Management Council plan to conduct an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the long-term effects of setting catch limits and management measures on the environment, including human health, ecosystems, and local economies, for the 2015 and 2016 fishing seasons, as outlined in the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
