NMFS Adjusts Trip Limit for Northeast Multispecies Common Pool Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has decreased the possession limit for Southern New England/Mid-Atlantic winter flounder and Gulf of Maine haddock for Northeast multispecies common pool vessels until the end of the 2013 fishing year, in an effort to prevent overharvesting of the common pool's quota.
