US Department of Commerce Affirms China's Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Graphite Electrodes

The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports from China of graphite electrodes, produced by Sinosteel Jilin Carbon Co., Ltd. and Jilin Carbon Import & Export Company, meet the criteria for circumvention of the antidumping duty order, and rescinds a later-developed merchandise anticircumvention inquiry, as per the Tariff Act of 1930.
