The Department of Commerce is requesting public comment on proposed information collection requirements for the Western Region Vessel Monitoring System and pre-trip reporting requirements, as part of its ongoing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
