US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Antidumping Review on Romanian Seamless Pipe
The US Department of Commerce has concluded its administrative review of antidumping duties on seamless pipe from Romania, finding that ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Roman S.A. did not sell below cost and Canadian Natural Resources Limited's imports should be duty-free
