U.S. Department of Commerce Releases Final Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Turkish Steel Pipes and Tubes

The U.S. Department of Commerce has completed its administrative review of countervailing duties on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey for the period of January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2011, and has found that certain producers/exporters, including Borusan Group, Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., and Tosyali dis ticaret A.S., have de minimis net subsidy rates, exempting them from additional duties.
