MCC EuroChem Found Not Sold Urea at Less Than Normal Value in Final Antidumping Duty Review Results

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on solid urea from Russia, confirming that MCC EuroChem did not sell the subject merchandise at a price lower than its normal value.
