US Department of Commerce Initiates Five-Year Reviews of Antidumping and Countervailing Duties
The US Department of Commerce has begun automatic reviews of tariffs on certain imported goods, as mandated by the Tariff Act of 1930, to determine if they remain necessary to protect American industries.
