ETFis Series Trust I, et al. Seek Approval for New Trading Rules

ETFis Series Trust I and its affiliates are requesting permission to allow for the trading of its shares at market prices, rather than their net asset value, and to enable certain affiliated parties to trade securities in connection with the purchase and redemption of shares, as well as allowing for delayed redemption payments.
