The Department of Defense (DoD) is implementing new procedures for using the electronic Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) Receiving Report, as part of its amendments to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Appendix F, Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
