Fuji Heavy Industries U.S.A., Inc. Granted Exemption for Subaru Vehicle Line

The U.S. agency has approved Fuji Heavy Industries U.S.A., Inc.'s petition to exempt the Subaru confidential vehicle line from the Vehicle Theft Prevention Standard, citing that the proposed antitheft device is likely to be as effective as parts-marking requirements.
