NHTSA Grants Buy America Waiver for Infant Car Seats

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a waiver to the Maryland Highway Safety Office (MHSO) to purchase Combi Navette infant car seats using Federal grant funds, as no comparable seats are made in the US designed for infants under four pounds.
