NHTSA Grants Buy America Waiver for Wisconsin Department of Transportation's Motorcycle Safety Program

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a waiver to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) to purchase Can-Am Spyder motorcycles using Federal grant funds for training purposes, as there are no comparable domestic three-wheeled motorcycles with the same wheel configuration.
