General Motors Receives Petition for Decision on Noncompliance with Head Restraints Standard

General Motors has determined that certain 2013 Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Volt, and Buick Verano models manufactured between November 15, 2012 and January 11, 2013, do not meet the head restraints standard, and has filed a report with the relevant authorities.
