DOD, GSA, and NASA Expand Senior Executive Compensation Benchmark for Contractor Employees

Summary

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing an interim rule to expand the applicability of the senior executive compensation benchmark to a broader group of contractor employees on contracts awarded by these agencies, effective January 1, 2012.
