DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Update Federal Acquisition Regulation for Least Developed Countries

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in response to a revision by the United States Trade Representative (USTR) to the list of least developed countries that are designated countries under the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
