U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate RFID Products for Patent Infringement

Neology, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain RFID products infringe on three U.S. patents, prompting the Commission to initiate an investigation and potentially issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
