The U.S. International Trade Commission has been asked to investigate allegations that Canadian companies, Neptune Technologies & Bioressources, Inc. and Acasti Pharma Inc., have infringed on U.S. patents related to omega-3 extracts from marine or aquatic biomass, which are used in various products.
