U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Kinesiotherapy Devices and Issues Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated an investigation into Certain Kinesiotherapy Devices and Components Thereof, issuing a general exclusion order against infringing devices and cease and desist orders against several companies, including LELO Inc. and Adam & Eve, due to a violation of section 337.
