USITC Seeks Public Comments on Potential Exclusion Orders and Cease and Desist Orders in Patent Investigation

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is requesting public comments on the potential issuance of limited exclusion orders and cease and desist orders in an ongoing investigation into alleged patent infringement by certain companies, including those that manufacture memory-card readers and other products containing infringing technology.
