Certain Handheld Magnifiers and Products Containing Same; Institution of Investigation Pursuant to United States Code

Freedom Scientific, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain handheld magnifiers and products containing the same infringe on U.S. Design Patent No. D624,107 and U.S. Patent No. 8,264,598. The complaint seeks the Commission to institute an investigation and issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
