US Consumer Product Safety Commission Issues Final Rule for Soft Infant and Toddler Carriers

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a final rule establishing a safety standard for soft infant and toddler carriers, in response to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, which requires the Commission to promulgate safety standards for durable infant and toddler products.
