Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Adopts Equal Access to Justice Act Implementation Rule

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau published an interim final rule on June 29, 2012, implementing the Equal Access to Justice Act, which requires awarding attorney fees and litigation expenses to certain parties in adversary adjudications, and establishing procedures for fee and expense submissions.
