FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Implanted Blood Access Devices for Hemodialysis

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document to aid in the reclassification of implanted blood access devices for hemodialysis, which is currently under consideration for class II (special controls) status.
