FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Food Safety Survey
The Food and Drug Administration is seeking public input on a proposed voluntary consumer survey, titled 'Food Safety Survey,' which must be published in the Federal Register for 60 days under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
