Coast Guard Establishes Special Local Regulations for 2013 International Rolex Regatta in St. Thomas Harbor

The US Coast Guard will enforce special local regulations in St. Thomas Harbor, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, from March 22 to 24, 2013, to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and the general public during the 2013 International Rolex Regatta, a series of sailboat races featuring approximately 65 boats, with around 20 spectator vessels expected to attend.
