Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zones for San Diego Bay Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard has proposed establishing four temporary safety zones in San Diego Bay to ensure the safety of spectators and vessels during the Port of San Diego Big Bay Boom Fireworks display on July 4, 2013.
