U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Patented Trapping Technology

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is set to grant an exclusive license to Tomahawk Live Trap, LLC, for the use of a patented trapping method and apparatus, as outlined in U.S. Patent No. 8,407,931, issued on April 2, 2013.
