NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Jeep Wrangler Vehicles
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has accepted a petition from a company to allow the importation of 2000-2003 Jeep Wrangler vehicles that were not originally equipped with all necessary safety features, as they can be modified to meet U.S. standards.
