Uniform Criteria for State Observational Surveys of Seat Belt Use: Implementation Date Adjustment
The final rule extends the use of the revised uniform criteria for State Observational Surveys of Seat Belt Use, allowing states to continue using the old criteria in 2012 or adopt the revised criteria in 2013.
