NHTSA Withdraws Notice of Receipt of Petition from Toyota Motor Corporation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has withdrawn a notice regarding a petition for a decision of inconsequential noncompliance from Toyota Motor Corporation, Inc., on behalf of Toyota Corporation and Toyota Manufacturing, Indiana, Inc., after originally publishing it on June 16, 2011. The agency will soon publish its decision on the petition.
