Consumer Product Safety Commission Submits Request for OMB Review of Pool and Spa Safety Act Form

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for an extension of approval for a form used to verify compliance with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act, following a lack of comments on a previous notice published in 2013.
