Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Publishes Final Rule for Regulation Z

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is publishing a final rule amending Regulation Z, which implements the Truth in Lending Act, to adjust dollar amounts for provisions related to the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 and the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act of 1994, effective January 1, 2014.
