Summary

Several airlines have submitted applications for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity and Foreign Air Carrier Permits under the Federal Aviation Administration's Subpart B, formerly known as Subpart Q, in the week ending August 29, 2009. The applications were filed with the FAA and are currently being reviewed.
