TTB Extends Use-Up Period for Roll-Your-Own Tobacco and Pipe Tobacco Packages

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has extended the use-up period for manufacturers and importers to remove packages of roll-your-own tobacco and pipe tobacco that do not meet new notice requirements, until August 1, 2010, and delayed the application of a new classification rule for products labeled as 'pipe tobacco'.
