Determination of Total Amounts of Fiscal Year 2010 Tariff-Rate Quotas for Raw Cane Sugar and Certain Sugars, Syrups and Molasses

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of the Secretary has announced the establishment of Tariff-Rate Quotas (TRQs) for raw cane sugar and certain sugars, syrups, and molasses for the Fiscal Year 2010. The TRQs are set at 1,117,195 metric tons raw value for raw cane sugar and 90,039 metric tons raw value for refined sugar, effective from October 1, 2009, to September 30, 2010.
