DHS Proposes Exemptions for ICE External Investigations System of Records

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to exempt portions of the ICE External Investigations system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 due to enforcement requirements, and will continue to apply existing exemptions until the final rule is completed.
