NCUA Amends BSA and FCRA Regulations for Technical Updates

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is making minor, non-substantive technical amendments to its Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations, updating citations to align with the reorganized Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) BSA regulations, as part of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACTA).
