NCUA Proposes Changes to Regulatory Flexibility Program for Federal Credit Unions

The NCUA is proposing to eliminate the Regulatory Flexibility Program (RegFlex) to provide regulatory relief to federal credit unions, while also removing or amending related rules to ease compliance burdens and retain key safety and soundness standards.
