The US Department of Commerce has begun an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from China, following a request from the Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bag Committee and individual requests from Chinese manufacturers/exporters, and has reviewed shipments from Dongguan Nozawa Plastics Products Co., Ltd. and United Power Packaging, Ltd. during August 1, 2005, through July 31, 2006.
